By accessing or using TheLearningStudio.in platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

TheLearningStudio.in provides an AI-powered career assessment and guidance platform for schools, colleges, and organizations. The Service includes psychometric assessments, AI-generated career reports, counselling session tracking, and analytics dashboards.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• Organizations must register through the official onboarding process to access admin features.
• Participant accounts are created by organization administrators or through self-registration under an active organization.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Misrepresent assessment results or use them in a discriminatory manner.
• Reverse-engineer or extract proprietary assessment content.

5. Assessment Results and Reports

Career assessment results and AI-generated reports are provided for guidance purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional career counselling, psychological assessment, or academic advice. TheLearningStudio.in makes no guarantees regarding career outcomes.

6. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis to organizations. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies are governed by the specific agreement between TheLearningStudio.in and the subscribing organization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including assessment questions, report templates, AI algorithms, and software — is the exclusive property of TheLearningStudio.in. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheLearningStudio.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice. Participants' access is also subject to their organization's subscription status.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
